    Changing The Flow and Sanguen Health Centres have been selected to receive 100% of the proceeds from a special online auction.

    A local Cambridge family, is donating the contents of their house to support their community. All household items are up for sale in a live online auction.


    Starting bids for all items begin at just $5.00, with shipping available for most items and free pickup after the auction closes. The auction is managed by Kitchener-based 4Bidding Inc., a local small business known for providing excellent services and community-driven solutions.

    A community-based healthcare agency dedicated to compassionate support and harm reduction for at-risk communities. Sanguen uses a person-centered approach to healthcare, tailoring services to individual needs while affirming the inherent value of every life.

    About Changing The Flow

    A Waterloo Region-based nonprofit providing resources and support for 2SLGBTQI+ individuals who are neurodivergent, including those who self-identify or are questioning.

    Since 2020, Changing The Flow has focused on raising awareness and providing educational tools around menstrual equity and the need for period products in all washrooms. Their most recent projects include a guide for businesses on gender-neutral period products and an upcoming series on the unique experiences of neurodivergent people who menstruate.
